Mismating impossible!

Our M12 flanges are now available with colour coded contact carriers to minimize mismating and simplify installation.

Modern installations typically have a larger number of bulkhead receptacles for different devices. Unfortunately, it is not always immediately obvious, which flange is intended for which field bus system. Although it is possible to differentiate flanges based on their coding, the danger of mismating still exists.

The market demand for an adequate solution is not new. That is why we now offer flanges with colour coded contact carriers for optimum mating with the corresponding field bus system. In other words, the new flanges can be adapted to the respective field bus system for intuitive mating by the installer. This not only minimizes the risk of mismating, but also increases transparency.

Of course, the colour coded models also conform to the requirements of the IP67 protection class.
