Product line for Industrial Ethernet

The Industrial Ethernet product line of ESCHA consists of connecting- and junction cables as well as colour-coded flanges.

We have put together a product line that is specially adapted to Profinet applications with Industrial Ethernet. All M12x1 round connectors and flanges involved meet the PNO requirements (Profibus User Organisation).

Connectors used with Industrial Ethernet have to fulfil specific requirements. A reliable and safe shielding is necessary for this purpose. Thus, we use our own developed two-shell shielding concept. This solution will provide for an uninterrupted shielding also in case of high mechanical loads and vibration. The connected two-component overmould of the M12x1 round connectors also guarantees the IP67 and IP69K degrees of protection.

Colour-coded flanges

In addition to the shielded M12x1 connection- and junction cables, our product line also comprises flanges with coloured contact carriers. These are typically green easily relating them to the Industrial Ethernet at first glance. Due to this, not only mismating safety is enhanced but also system practicability is improved. The result is a quick and inexpensive wiring.
