Food&Beverage plus

For the specific requirements of the food and beverage industry we have developed a product range which is resistant to all common acid- and alkaline based detergents and disinfectants. All connectors of the Food&Beverage plus series are protected against high-pressure water and steam-jet cleaning according to IP69K. Through PVC-free plastics there is no hardening and no discolouring.

High temperature-proof connectors

ESCHA-connectivity for high-temperature applications at permanent operating temperatures of -20°C to +150°C and a maximum operating temperature of +200°C is the right solution when it gets hot. All flanges and connectors (M8x1 and M12x1) of the HT product-range fulfil the requirements of protection degree IP65.

S12x1 quick-turn connector

The S12x1 quick-turn connector provides for full compatibility with all M12x1 threads. Without adjusting the counterpart it replaces the conventional M12 round connector featuring 85% less installation time. By meeting the IP67 requirements it is safe and industrially useable.

M12Nm

The integrated torque control system of the M12Nm ensures that your connection is tight in accordance with the IP67 protection class – even without a tool. You can tighten the connector by hand and will receive a clear haptic and acoustic signal as soon as the predefined torque has been reached.

ESCHA offers a wide range of connectivity solutions for different bus systems. In addition to specific connectors for Industrial Ethernet and Profibus we offer products for CANopen | DeviceNet.
