The S89 mounting-set enables mounting of any number of 2-way junctions side by side and put things in order.
Halver, 27.10.2008 - A large number of connecting cables is used in lots of installations which makes it difficult to keep an overview even for professionals. As of now, the Germany based connector-specialist ESCHA provides the adequate solution: the special mounting-set for its S89 2-way junctions. This will enable mounting of any number of S89 2-way junctions side by side and put things in order.
The mounting-set consists of a carrier-plate which can be fixed inside or outside the equipment. The respective 2-way junction is fixed safely on this carrier-plate by two screws. Eventually, a simple plug-in system provides for mounting endless carrier plates side by side in both directions. The neatly lined up junctions can be easily allocated by means of marking on each carrier-plate.
The combination of mounting-set and 2-way junctions has another crucial advantage: longer connecting cables can be saved as signals can be transmitted directly in the vicinity of sensors with 2-way junction. In this way, the customer does not only save space but also considerable costs. The S89 2-way junction is available in several electrical versions, variants and polarities and fulfils the IP67 requirements.
